What does porta potty rental cost in Olathe?
Price depends on the unit and how long you keep it. A standard porta potty rental runs cheaper than a deluxe flushable unit, and a restroom trailer sits at the top. We break the numbers down further on our porta potty rental cost page and our per-day pricing page.
| Unit | Day | Week | Month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $100-$350 | $130-$500 | $125-$325 |
| ADA accessible | $200-$400 | $200-$240 | - |
| Deluxe flushable | $85-$1200 | $150-$290 | - |
Delivery is billed separately, from $100 to $500 depending on distance and access. Weekend event rates for a standard unit typically land near $250. Want a firm figure? Request a quote and we will price your exact job. For long jobs, see monthly rental.
How many porta potties do I need?
That comes down to headcount and hours. On a construction site, OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets one toilet for up to 20 workers, then one seat and one urinal per 40 workers above that. We walk you through the math on our how many porta potties guide and the OSHA requirements page.
Events run different. A crowd cycles through faster than a work crew, so a festival or concert needs more units than a job site with the same number of people. A wedding leans toward nicer units. A marathon needs them spread along the route. Tell us the event and we size it. Our placement guide and rental checklist help before we arrive.

What is the difference between a standard unit and a fancy one?
A standard unit is the workhorse. It measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands roughly 92 inches tall, with a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank. It handles a construction site or a home renovation fine. See the full breakdown on the portable toilet rental page.
Want something nicer? A deluxe flushable porta potty adds a foot pump and a sink. A luxury restroom trailer gives you flushing toilets, running water and climate control, in a 2-stall, 4-stall or 8-stall layout. Some folks call these fancy or nice porta potty rentals. We also rent a shower trailer. The restroom trailer cost page has numbers.

Do you rent ADA accessible units?
Yes. An ADA accessible porta potty gives wheelchair users room to enter and turn. ADA Standards section 404.2.3 sets a 32 inch minimum clear door opening, and section 304.3.1 requires a 60 inch turning circle inside. The ground under it has to be stable, firm and slip resistant per ADA Standards section 302.1.
Where you cluster single-user units, ADA Standards section 213.2 says at least 5 percent, and never fewer than one, must be accessible. Our ADA restroom requirements page covers the rest. Operable parts follow ADA Standards section 309.4, usable with one hand and no more than 5 pounds of force. We place these units where the access route stays at least 36 inches wide, matching ADA Standards section 403.5.1. Ask us and we will confirm the layout works for your Olathe site.

What else can we deliver with the toilets?
Plenty, so you book one truck instead of five. Need washing? OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) calls for washing facilities where crews apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, so we add a handwashing station or a portable sink. Soap and towels matter here, since 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) says sanitizer alone does not count. We also carry a hand sanitizer station.
For debris, grab a roll-off dumpster in 10, 20, 30 or 40 yard sizes; a roll-off truck needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind it. We rent temporary fence, storage containers and septic pumping too. A tank gets pumped every 3 to 5 years. We serve Olathe and towns like Gardner, 9.4 miles southwest, and Leawood, 12.2 miles east.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is porta potty rental near me?
A standard unit in Olathe starts around $150 a day, with weekly and monthly rates on our cost page. Delivery is billed on top, from $100. Fancier deluxe units and trailers cost more. Request a quote for your exact job.
How often do you clean the units?
The ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 standard sets one service visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, and that is our baseline. Heavy use means more visits. Our cleaning schedule page explains what a service call includes and how we keep odor down.
Do I need a permit to place a unit?
On private property, usually not. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Olathe, and we will not name a rule we cannot verify. Our permit requirements page walks through it. When you contact us, we help you check.
Can you deliver on short notice?
Often, yes. We keep stock ready and run emergency porta potty rental and emergency septic service when plans change. Availability depends on the day and the unit. Call early for events. Same-day is possible for standard units when a truck is free.
Which areas do you cover?
Olathe first, plus nearby towns. We reach Spring Hill 9.5 miles south, Prairie Village 14.1 miles northeast, and Grandview, MO 22.1 miles east. See the full service areas list or read our about page.
